Teen Crochet

Details: Introduction to crocheting is being offered for teens ages 13-18. Those attending are asked to bring Size H crochet hook and a ball of yarn (worsted or sport weight that is a plain non-black color). Registration begins Saturday, June 20. TEEN "SUPER BOWL XLIII CONTEST"

Details: Program is open to everyone in grades 5 through 12 and runs Monday, January 12 through Saturday, January 31, 2009. Help Trenton Library celebrate Super Bowl XLIII by taking our NFL trivia challenge. Stop in Trenton Library anytime during the contest to pick up a game sheet. How to Select Your College

Details: How do you find the right college? Teens and their parents are invited to examine the various criteria that should be considered when choosing the right college for their student. Touring the colleges and ways to critically evaluate your experiences will also be included. No registration is required, however, seating is limited to room capacity.

Teen "Twilight" Book Review Contest

Details: To celebrate the release of "Twilight" on dvd this month, Trenton Library is holding a book review contest. Program is open to all "Twilight" fans in grades 5-12 and will run Monday, March 9 through Saturday, March 21, 2009. Stop by Trenton Library anytime during these dates, fill out an official "Twilight" book review form and turn it into the desk. To be eligible for the grand prize drawing (which will include a copy of "Twilight" on dvd), all book reviews must be turned in at Trenton Library by 5 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2009. Teen Volunteers for Puppet Show

Details: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! If you will be entering Grades 5-12 this fall and would like to help with a puppet show for the preschoolers and students in Grades 1-4, please sign-up at the Trenton Library by Saturday, June 13, 2009. Details: Program runs Monday, June 8 through Saturday, August 1, 2009 and is open to students entering Grades 5-12 this fall. Pick up an official "Teen Book Review" form, rate your book and turn your review in at the Trenton Library desk for weekly chances to win prizes--plus get your review displayed. At the end of the contest, there will be a grand prize drawing from all eligible entries.
